Before founding Toyer Strategic, I watched too many consulting firms sell clients on grandiose and elaborate projects that were time consuming and unrealistic.
The outcomes of these projects were similar, as communities and businesses were left ‘in irons’ – a nautical term describing when a boat is head to wind and unable to move – stuck with a end product that was costly, difficult to implement and/or irrelevant given the time that passed.
That’s not the way we do business! We conceive, manage and implement projects as if they are our own investment. To that end we are constantly looking at how we can be innovative and ‘disrupt’ the traditional process. By never settling for doing the same thing over and over again just because that’s what everyone else does, we’ve grown a reputation among our clients as being true problem solvers.
