Peter joined the Toyer Strategic team in 2020 after several years in campaign consulting.

As a senior project manager, Peter oversees a wide variety of projects for the company’s long-term and new clients.  Peter is currently leading projects in Washington and California.

Peter’s experience at Toyer Strategic has primarily included managing annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, feasibilities, preliminary industrial site assessments, and zoning research.  However, his degree in history has come in handy on projects involving historic buildings, uses or cultural resources.

Peter was appointed to the Marysville City Council in 2022 and in his spare time he volunteers with the Marysville Historical Society (currently the President) and the Marysville Strawberry Festival.

Peter is a proud graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in History.
