Peter brings a wealth of expertise to Toyer Strategic, having joined in 2020 following a successful career in campaign consulting.
Leading Projects Across Washington, California, and Nevada
As our senior project manager, Peter oversees a diverse portfolio of land use, clean energy, and community outreach projects for a mix of current and new clients. Currently, he serves as the lead consultant on initiatives in a portion of Washington, as well as California and Nevada.
Expertise and Background
Peter’s tenure at Toyer Strategic has centered on managing critical projects such as annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, feasibility studies, preliminary industrial site assessments, and zoning research. His background as a history major has proven invaluable for projects involving historic buildings, cultural resources, and potential impacts on existing sites and proposed developments.
A Commitment to Community
In addition to his role at Toyer Strategic, Peter is a community leader serving as a member of the Marysville City Council, a position he was elected to in 2022 and re-elected in 2023. His dedication extends further as he volunteers with the Marysville Historical Society, where he currently serves as President, and contributes to the Marysville Strawberry Festival.
