Peter joined Toyer Strategic in 2020 after spending several years in campaign consulting.

As our senior project manager, Peter oversees a wide range of projects for existing and new clients.  Peter is currently lead consultant on projects in Washington and California.

Peter’s experience at Toyer Strategic has primarily included managing annexations, comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional use permits, feasibilities, preliminary industrial site assessments, and zoning research.  However, his degree in history has come in handy on projects involving historic buildings, uses, and cultural resources as he’s been able to help clients potential impacts to existing sites and proposed projects.

Peter was appointed to the Marysville City Council in 2022 and retained by voters in 2023 to fulfill the remainder of that term.   In his spare time he volunteers with the Marysville Historical Society (currently the President) and the Marysville Strawberry Festival.

Peter is a proud graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in History.
